The User acts in a professional capacity, keeps their credentials confidential and is liable for actions carried out with their account. Several persons within the same organisation may use the Service in accordance with its InvoiceLead plan.
4. Plans and prices
InvoiceLead's plans are Free, Pro (€19 per month or €190 per year) and Pro+ (€39 per month or €390 per year, up to 5 people). They are subscribed to in InvoiceLead and apply to InvoiceLead only; a subscription taken in another Lead application does not unlock InvoiceLead's paid plans. Cancellation at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The limits in force are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; InvoiceLead stores no card data.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period and is managed in InvoiceLead (Settings, Plan). No pro rata refund is due, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
5. User's responsibility for their accounting
InvoiceLead is a tool. The User remains solely responsible for the accuracy of their invoices, their accounting and their VAT returns, for filing those returns with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, and for the statutory retention of their books and supporting documents (art. 957 et seq. CO). InvoiceLead does not provide tax or accounting advice; engaging a fiduciary is recommended.
6. Data
The User remains the owner of their data and may export them at any time. For the data of their customers and contacts, the User is the controller and InvoiceLead the processor, in accordance with the DPA.
7. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to issue fictitious or misleading invoices, to circumvent security measures or to access the data of another organisation.
8. Availability
InvoiceLead takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability of the Service, without any service level commitment unless the plan states otherwise.
9. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Quantum Liquid LLC is limited to the amounts paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage, and excludes indirect damage. These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.
10. Term and termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. On its termination, the data remain available for export for 30 days and are then deleted, unless a legal obligation applies.
