Invoices that follow your country's rules

Your company's country sets the tax, the number checks and the format. Documents can be written in German, French, English, Italian or Spanish, chosen per client.

• United States: sales tax at your combined rate, Letter paper, EIN
• United Kingdom: VAT at 20% and 5%, VAT and Companies House numbers checked
• Germany: USt at 19% and 7%, GiroCode, XRechnung 3.0 and ZUGFeRD
• France: TVA at 20%, 10% and 5.5%, SIRET checked, GiroCode, Factur-X
• Switzerland: SIX QR-bill, VAT at 8.1%, 2.6% and 3.8%

E-invoices checked against the official validator

German invoices come as an XRechnung 3.0 XML file (CII syntax) and as a ZUGFeRD PDF (PDF/A-3b, EN 16931 profile). French invoices come as Factur-X, the same format. Sample files were run through the official KoSIT validator: 8 accepted, 0 rejected (30.9.2026).

XRechnung needs your company's email and phone, the client's email and an IBAN. If one is missing, the page tells you which. A client with suitable software imports a ZUGFeRD or Factur-X file without retyping; others read it as an ordinary PDF.

Let the AI assistant draft it

The assistant answers your questions from your own books: open quotes, unpaid invoices, your best clients. It can also propose changes, such as a draft quote or invoice, contacts, items, time entries, expenses or supplier invoices.

Each proposal appears on a “To confirm” card that shows everything that will be written. Nothing is saved until you click “Confirm”. One card can group up to 150 operations, applied in one click, all or nothing. The assistant never deletes, pays or sends anything outside: to send a quote, it opens the screen and you send it.
